Lease
Once valid documents are reviewed, we will email over a basic lease agreement that you can review and sign via an online platform. This is to ensure that we are offering you our very best as hosts and provide you with the confidence to submit a holding deposit on the unit. If you have any questions we are available at any time to discuss the lease or answer any specific questions you may have about your stay.
Holding Deposit
We ask that you provide a $500 holding deposit. This allows us to block the calendar for the duration of your requested dates and no longer accept inquires leading up to your stay. We reserve the right to keep this deposit if you choose to cancel your stay.
Deposit and Cleaning Fee
Once you arrive and have had a chance to confirm the studio meets your standards and you’ve settled in, the holding deposit will at this point be converted to your general deposit $750 (which will be refundable at time of exit, given the unit is left in the same condition it was when you arrived.) In addition there is a $250 cleaning fee.
Rent
Rent will also be requested once you have arrived and provided the above deposits. We will provide the total based on the day you arrive up until the end of that specific month, the next cycle will begin at the beginning of each month.
