After a number of failed attempts to reach out to the previous tenants we will be taking any mail gathered at the property and writing ‘Return To Sender’. Although this isnt the most effective way to stop unwanted mail from piling up its unfortunately the only option at this stage. We hope after doing this over the course of a couple months that the post office no longer delivers to the property.

Reached out to previous tenants directly in hopes to receive a forwarding address. The post office informed us that this is the most effective way to stop unwanted mail from piling up.

Abandoned Vehicle Info

We received an email, stating that this report has been moved to the department that will be assigning the vehicle for towing. The operator couldn’t specify exactly when but said its in motion which means it should be towed relatively soon.

(June 8th 2023)

Placed another call to the city and expressed further frustration with the abandoned vehicle. The operator shared they’ve been picking up the pace on towing abandoned vehicles. They couldn’t provide an exact pick up time but said this vehicle is marked high priority.
