Entering The Property
When you arrive at 410 W Shoshone Pl. make your way to the front door and find the lock box directly to your right. There are two sets of keys, one is considered your back up so please be careful not misplace them both, we recommend keeping one safely stored here.
SAFETY
Fire & Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Your fire alarms were recently tested on 12.15.2024.
Also please be advised that it is the tenants responsibility to test regularly. More on this here. Your safety is our number one concern so please let us know if you have any questions around smoke detector functionality, replacement or testing.
Fire Extinguisher
Find the fire extinguisher under the main floor kitchen sink.
First-Aid Kit
Find the first-aid kit in the cabinet behind the main floor bathroom door.
Water Shut Off
In the basement left of the furnace you will find the main shut off for the entire house. In the case of water related emergency, turn this off immediately.
The mail tends to pile up at the door under the mail slot, if its not too much trouble please place in this basket at the bottom of the stairs.
Light Switch Mystery
These two light switches are connected to each other and tend to cause issues with lights turning off and on as regularly intended. We generally leave the one in the bathroom in the on position which will help avoid frustration!
Downstairs Remote
After turning on the tv, press the SEN button to be directed to the apps menu. Sometimes the TV will just default back to a black screen and you’ll need to select again. Also while starting a show it may agin default to the black screen, usually after a few times this magically stops, we have no idea what the problem is (we blame the spotty internet in the basement).
